This 1960s Danish teak writing desk is attributed to Erik Buch. A drop leaf on brass hinges extends the work surface, and a swing-out support holds it when raised. On one side, a suspended pedestal has three dovetailed drawers (the top one lockable with a brass key) and an open compartment at the back. With its bowed-edge top and round tapered legs, it works well in a home office, a study or a living room corner.
Condition and Character **Fully refurbished vintage condition, finished with matte wax.** The desk has been fully refurbished and finished with matte wax. The teak surfaces show their natural grain and figure. The brass hinges and other brass details are intact, and the top drawer is lockable with its key.
