Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Return window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return — no reason needed. This is your statutory EU right of withdrawal. After 14 days, we're unable to accept returns.
Condition requirements
Items must be returned in the same condition as received. For vintage furniture this means: no new damage, no alterations, and with any documentation or tags included. Please keep the original packaging if possible — it protects the piece in transit.
How to start a return
Email us at info@justchairs.eu before sending anything back. Items returned without prior contact won't be accepted. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at the buyer's cost. If an item arrived damaged or not as described, we cover everything.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your piece on arrival and contact us immediately if something is wrong. Photograph any damage and email us right away — we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add a few extra days on top.
Non-returnable items
Custom restoration work or bespoke commissions cannot be returned unless faulty.
