Who we are
JustChairs is operated by Pihyben Bt., a Hungarian company selling vintage and mid-century modern furniture across Europe. Our website is justchairs.eu. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at info@justchairs.eu.

What data we collect and why

Contact & order information
When you place an order or get in touch, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. We use this to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you about it. The legal basis is contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Browsing & analytics data
We use the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors interact with our site and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. This may include pages visited, items viewed, and actions taken on the site. The legal basis is your consent, which you provide via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Email marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in at checkout, we add your email address to our Klaviyo account to send you updates about new arrivals and offers. The legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the following service providers, strictly to operate our business:

  • Meta Platforms — for advertising and analytics via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, subject to your cookie consent
  • Klaviyo — for email marketing, only if you have subscribed
  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which processes order and payment data on our behalf
  • Shipping partners — your name and delivery address are shared with our logistics providers to fulfil your order

All third parties are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

Cookies

We use cookies on justchairs.eu. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies (including the Meta Pixel) are only placed with your consent, which you can manage or withdraw at any time via the cookie settings link in our website footer.

Data retention

We keep order data for as long as legally required for tax and accounting purposes (8 years under Hungarian law). Email marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Cookie consent records are kept for 1 year.

International transfers

Some of our service providers (Meta, Klaviyo, Shopify) are based outside the EU. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
